Terms & Conditions
SELF-DRIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS      


• Refundable Deposit: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 75,000 (SUV)
• Payment: Rental + Refundable Deposit in advance
• Mileage Allocation: 560 Km per week / 2400Km per month
• Excess Mileage: Refer tariff
• Insurance: Comprehensive (Full) Rent-A-Car Insurance (Legal Requirement)
• Driver Services: Rs 750 per day/ Rs 4,500 per week/ Rs. 17,500 per month (working 6 days per week - Extra day will be charged at the daily rate)
• Driver Extras:
a. Nightout of Colombo - Rs.300 per day + meals + accomodation
b. Detention after 8 hours - Rs.75 per hour
• Cancellation: A day’s minimum
• Govt Taxes: VAT 12% to be added to final invoice
• Collection and Return: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (Unless by special arrangement)
• Driving license: International/National license (Translated English)
• Long-Term Rates: Please Call
• Mileage/Fuel calculations will be made from and to our office in Colombo 06.
• Rates are subjected to change without prior notice

  
WITHDRIVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS    
• Payment: Rental + Refundable Deposit in advance
• Limited Use Hires: Discounts after discussion
• Minimum Mileage: 100Km for all vehicles (80Km for Wedding Hires) Start and Stop at our office
• Driver Extras: Rs. 75/- per hour after 9 hours. Night out Rs. 300/- plus meals + accomodation
• Govt Taxes: VAT 12% to be added to final invoice (Excl. Wedding Hires)
• Detention After 8 hours (Wedding Hires): BMW 5 Series/Benz E240 – Rs. 500/-, BMW318/Benz E 200 – Rs 250/-, Other vehicles – Rs 150/-
• Charges are subject to change due to increase of fuel price and Taxes
• Mileage/Fuel calculations will be made from and to our office in Colombo 06.
