TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Govt. Tax/ Tolls: 12% VAT will be added on to the total. Toll charges if expressway is taken Rs.400 for up to 9 seaters and Rs.700 vehicles with more than 9 seats for the full length of the expressway (Kottawa-Galle).
• Booking/ Payments: You can make a confirmed booking via e-mail and make payments on arrival. We may ask for a token advance prior to arrival during peak season. We accept cash (LKR/USD/EUR/GBP), Master Card or Visa (Credit card payments only at our offices (in Colombo or near the airport) or online in advance.
• Currency: All rates quoted are in Sri Lankan Rupees.
• Service Guarantee: 24/7 Substitute Vehicle / Driver in case of requirement. We are an ISO 9001:2008 Certified and a Sri Lanka Tourist Board approval company.
• Fuel: Provided
• Driver Extras: Night out of Colombo – Rs. 300/- p. day, Detention after 8:00 hours – Rs. 95/- p. hour
• Driver Meals and Accommodation: Rs. 1,500 per day (Rs. 2000 for the North and the East) unless the hotel provides such facilities.For 26 Seater Coaster Bus, Crew Batta of Rs. 1,000 per day will apply. Night out and detention will not apply. Meals and accommodation for the Crew will be Rs. 2,000 (Rs. 3,500 for N.E.)
• Mileage/Time Calculation: Our garage to garage Basis in Colombo-06. Mileage is calculated on a cumulative basis for the hire i.e. 700km for 7 days. The number of days of hire are calculated on a ‘calendar day’ basis and not on 24 hour cycles.
• Air port pickup / Drop (If required): Our driver will meet your flight carrying your name aboard at the Air port and be at your service as require. (Airport Charges Airport including parking & pager fees: Rs. 550 for Vans/SUV Rs. 450 for Cars). The mileages and time calculation will be on a garage to garage basis in Colombo.
• Optional Extras: GPS/ SAT NAV with tourist location information (Virtual Tour Guide) available at Rs. 395 per day, Rs. 2500 per week and Rs. 7,500 per month. Child Car Seats (in 4 sizes), Road Maps, Cool Boxes etc. are available on request.
• Insurance (Included): All vehicles comprehensively (Properly) insured to cover the Driver, All Passengers, the Vehicle and third party damage with ‘Car Rental Fleet’ cover.
