Wedding with Driver Terms and Conditions
- Service Guarantee: 24/7 Substitute Vehicle / Driver in case of requirement
- Payment: Rental Refundable Deposit in advance (Rs.5,000/- for hires in Colombo)
- Minimum Mileage: 30/40/60 kms. For Wedding Cars (Except Vintage & Classic Cars – 30km) & Jeeps / Van & Buses 100 km.
- Start/Stop of Time at the function & Mileage to and from our office in Colombo-06
- Crew Bata Rs.1,000/- per day for Luxury Bus for 8 hours and extra hours detention at Rs. 300 per hour.
- Taxes: Inclusive ( Subject to new taxes).
- Driver Gratuity/ Tips: Recommended at client’s discretion
- Car carriers for hires out of Colombo (Classic Cars)Rs. 7500 for 30km and Rs.125/- per km there after. Please check for package rates Bolgoda, Panadura Rs.12800.00 | Negombo, Katunayake Rs. 15000.00 | Kandy, Galle Rs. 37500.00
- Fuel / Insurance: Included.
- Cancellation charges: 50% of the rental once confirmed. Can be carried forward a credit for our services at a later date.
- Optional Extras: Chauffeur Caps, Décor can be made available on request.
- Charges are subject to changes due to increase of fuel price and Taxes. Rates will not change after payments are made.
